Cozy 1 bed apartment in town centre

Easy communication by the team before entry, key safe easy to sort and access easy. Place was left clean and warm on arrival. Area is OK, lots of free parking right outside the door, a Chippy next door but one, Bakery across the road and a few little corner shops only minutes away with Ayr town centre only 5 minutes walk away. The place is a ground floor flat in a converted house with a double bed (a very comfy bed), sitting area with a good kitchen and clean bathroom. Will definitely used again.

Enjoyable Positive: Nice quiet area ,comfortable within walking distance for town

Positive: Location Negative: The front door lock very stiff. The bed not comfortable and no space

Positive: I could easily cook, work and live for a week in this house. Negative: The shower did not have any pressure and the area the house is located is less desirable.

Positive: Attending the Ayr races ,10 min walk so that was great and 5 mins into centre .lovely bakery straight facing ,easy street parking. Negative: Not the most desirable of areas compared to other side of river and beach .
