Cosy 1 bed apartment Loch Lomond

Positive: Superbe appartement qui a tout ce qu'il faut, bien équipé. On s'y sent bien, tout est parfaitement propre. Bien situé. Les proprios sont très gentils et très réactifs, répondent toujours et rapidement aux messages. J'ai beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cet appartement et je le recommande à 100% Negative: Pas super bien isolé avec les voisins du dessus mais ce n'est pas tellement dérangeant.

Good location but needs improvement Positive: Location for exploring Loch Lomond is good Bed is very comfortable Staff were responsive when we couldn’t access the property Lots of free street parking Generally comfortable property for a short stay Negative: Fridge was very dirty - we told the management company and they did offer to get the cleaner to come back and clean it There was a dirty baking tray in the oven from a previous guest The shower sets off the fire alarm as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom The kick board in the kitchen is not attached securely so continually falls down and is dangerous Have a coffee pod machine in the kitchen but do not provide the pods - no cafetière as an alternative No sponges provided for washing dishes - had to buy these ourselves Back door was unlocked when we arrived and it backs on to a shared garden - this didn’t feel very secure Not much privacy as overlooked on both sides of the apartment (front window overlooked by the street and back is overlooked by a shared garden where upstairs flat access their property Advertises the property as having access to Sky movies but parental lock is turned on so to watch most movies need to provide a PIN number. Contacted the management company but they didn’t know the code and all the codes they provided were incorrect. They said they would get back to us with a new pin but never did The door handle to the property is a smart door handle. The code we were sent via booking.com was incorrect. We then had to contact the management company to get the correct code.

One night stop on the way to highlands Positive: Well equipped property, all clean, well maintained or new. Clear check in instructions - self service both check in and check out. Responsive host. Nearby parking. Perhaps the only small thing was to find out log-in instructions to wi-fi. But over all - great value for money and highly recommendable property for short stay. Negative: All good - nothing to complain about.

n/a Positive: Good communication and helped us when we couldn't turn on the hot water by replying quickly with clear instructions. Negative: Strong smell of smoke in the carpet. There was no duvet cover on the duvet left for the third person sleeping on the couch. The kitchen lower skirting board was falling off. We were extremely underwhelmed with the stay. It was my 30th and I booked this place thinking (for the price we were paying) that we were getting a premium apartment to stay in. The reality is that it is a facade and actually not super clean and inviting.
