Positive: Bed was super comfy, decor and furniture are of a high standard Negative: It was freezing. The bedroom was fine as the small radiator heated this enclosed space. Downstairs needs way more heat.no heat in kitchen or bathroom. TV also wouldnt work on arrival & had to replace the batteries in both remotes

Positive: None Negative: 4 people not good size for sleeping, tap no hot water,coffee machine not working properly.shower room no hanging.

Positive: Clean towels, clean bedsheets, plenty of toiletries and toilet paper, new furniture, hot water with good pressure, good upstairs mattress and decent sofa one, TV and Netflix. Negative: A slight moldy smell, loud fridge that kept humming even after adjustments, no room to hang clothes/towels (lack of hangers), stairs were a bit shaky, house number could be easier to spot (we ended up in a neighbors yard initially).

Positive: Nice bath, good washing machine, warm shower. Negative: Missing some basic items as a drying rack for laundry, coat racks, hook in the bathroom for towels.

We never actually stayed here. We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. I will not be using this website in the future and will go back to more trusted methods of booking holiday homes.
