Tobago Urban Apartment

I couldn't access aproperty because the owner/manager couldn't provide the key at the time we arriv Positive: Property manager or owner failed to provide access to the property. Unacceptable level esponsibility.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and modern. Communication with owners was f Positive: This apartment is great location for the shopping mall and leisure centre. Parking was ideal. Property was perfect for what we needed. Negative: Must be a pub/club near by as come early hours of the morning it got very noisy. (We stayed a weekend, I’m sure weekdays would be a lot quieter.)

Very responsive host. Any issue we had was dealt with promptly. Nice to deal with Positive: Convenient location clean Negative: N/A

Positive: It was central to where everything was Negative: Couple of missing cups etc but the owner was very attentive and was going to sort it all

Uncomfortable and Not worth the money Negative: Furniture was uncomfortable (bed / sofa) Shower and bathroom was extremely basic - shower head not fixed securely, no mirrors in the bathroom Insufficient crockery Smell of the apartment was unpleasant Poorly ventilated Beds were not fully made and staff arrived and interrupted us unannounced. No option for a check out after 10.30
