OK for a short stay base... Positive: Problems getting into the property due to battery malfunction in keypad ... Took a couple of hours to sort out .. not much in the way of compensation (and im not talking about return of money!) - after a 6 hour journey. But resolved only because of the lovely Kirsty, who was ultra- helpful... The first lady on the phone was unhelpful beyond words - at one point saying itd be quicker if we changed the batteries ourselves! - which couldn't be done as it was only possible from inside the apartment- and we couldn't get in - which she didn't seem to grasp!! Negative: Issues getting into the apartment and sofa far to big for the room ...

Ayr apartment. Positive: A very well refurbished apartment in an excellent location close to Ayr Town centre and the Esplanade. Allocated parking to the side of the building. Negative: More suggestions really. 1. Remove the large pouffet in lounge and replace with small coffe table. It overwhelms the room. 2. Rail for hanging towels. 3. Insert a Grab safety handle in the shower.

Cracker of a little flat in the heart of Ayr. Perfect.

Fabulous modern well equipped apartment Positive: Spacious clean well equipped apartment. Own parking spot. Super king size bed VERY comfortable..Plenty of extras. Excellent value for money. Fast reply and communication from host. Negative: Too much light though bedroom blind..No privacy on lower half of the very large window once blind is up.

Excellent stay at property it was ideally located Positive: Used a door code so ut was easy
